Qvin - User Experience
Introduction & Project Overview
Qvin is transforming menstrual blood from a hygiene concern into a source of powerful health insights.
Its flagship product, the Q-Pad, is the first clinically validated pad that collects menstrual blood for lab testing, enabling users to monitor key health markers from home.
As the lead product designer, I designed the full experience across the user-facing mobile app, internal dashboards, and a unified design system. My role included:
Conducting user interviews to uncover needs and concerns
Designing the mobile app to guide users through testing and results
Creating internal dashboards for clinicians and lab teams
Building a scalable, cross-platform design system
Prototyping and testing to ensure clarity, confidence, and ease of use
